§1. 📎 General rules / Information 

§ 1.0 Act like in real life! Don't be an idiot, use your mind and treat others the way you want to be treated.

§ 1.1 No discrimination, racism, sexual harrasment or slurs of any kind are allowed and will result in a permanent ban (this includes /ooc, /me/ or over voice).

§ 1.2 Do not promote anything in game or in Discord without express permission This includes other FiveM servers, Discord servers, or personal profiles Streamer promotion is allowed in the appropriate channel.

§ 1.3 If this is your first time playing FiveM you will need to enable your mic under Settings > Voice Chat Voice mods are allowed, soundboards are not.

§ 1.4 Every player is obliged to report a rule violation immediately to the support you have committed/observed yourself.

§ 1.5 Each player has to make sure that he has functioning equipment and that a shot announcement is understood, e.g..

§ 1.6 META: The use of information in the game that you have not received or cannot know as a character is prohibited.

§ 1.7 FAIL RP: We count unrealistic behavior as fail. For example, I injure myself badly, I don't just keep driving in an accident.

-Or if the character is tied up, all actions that are carried out with hands - eating, drinking, talking on the phone or if you are outnumbered take out a weapon, shoot

- not possible and are counted as fail-RP.

§ 1.8 RDM, VDM: is strictly prohibited. RDM - Random Deathmatch:

To shoot someone for no reason, without roleplay background and without a shot announcement, without the possibility of reaction.

VDM - Vehicle Deathmatch means: To run someone over with the vehicle for no reason, without roleplay background and without notice.

§ 1.9 NEW LIFE: You can't die on the island unless you're executed or commit suicide - Delete Character.

When you run out of HP, you will become unconscious. If you wake up again, you are no longer allowed to participate in the Roleplay situation,

and don't approach the place for 30 minutes. You can't remember the last situation.

Anyone who is resuscitated by a physician has not died and can remember everything except the last 10 minutes.

§ 1.9.1 Intentionally disturbing other players in any way is prohibited - actions without RP background will be punished.

Examples of TROLLING: constant tracking of a person/faction without an RP background.

the permanent provoking of other players or parties without an RP background. See §3.6.

§ 1.9.2 COMBAT LOGGING: Leaving the island during an ongoing RP situation is prohibited!

§ 1.9.3 POWER RP: Imposing RP is prohibited on the island! Say: If a policeman says to Max immediately stop, ….

and Max immediately shoots the policeman in the head without giving him a chance or time to defend himself.

It would be correct: Policeman says "stop immediately!" Max reacts, stops and a normal control begins.

§ 1.9.4 IC - OOC: There is no such thing as an ''OOC'' (Out Of Character)! You always have to stay in your role, the chat is not support.

§ 1.9.5 In case of fail-RP or unfavorable situations, the roleplay is played until the end of the situation with or to the end!

Sayings like: That was a mistake, we see ourselves in the soup kitchen or to feel triggered in a situation is to refrain from.

§ 1.9.6 Police officers are not allowed to give away weapons from the armory, keep them, etc. for sale/private use etc.

§ 1.9.7 By using the server, you agree that your in-game actions may be recorded. Ingame/Voice or voice chat e.g.. Twitch / YouTube etc.

§ 1.9.8 It is forbidden to play with multiple Steam accounts / identities on the server.

§ 1.9.9 It is forbidden to advertise for other servers! 

§2. 📎 Cheating / Modding / Bugs und Glitching

§ 2.0 The use of cheats - hacks - mods and the like is prohibited and will be punished with a permanent exclusion of the island.

Allowed mods: Only graphics extensions - shaders, miscellaneous. 

However, Gambo settings are forbidden! And is punished directly with a ban! 

§ 2.1 The exploitation of bugs, glitches, etc. is prohibited.

§3. 📎 RP / Rolelay Behavior

§4. 📎 Taking of hostages / Persons

§ 4.0 A hostage-taking is allowed from 1 police officers on duty.

§ 4.1 A hostage-taking is not an automatic shooting announcement.

§ 4.2 Threatening people with external demands is a hostage-taking.

§ 4.3 No weapons may be demanded by the police.

§ 4.4 In the foreground is roleplay - realistic demands, only direct negotiations.

§ 4.5 The killing of the hostage(s) is only permitted if it is not cooperative or the demands have not been met.

§ 4.6 A hostage-taking must be announced by message from the entire police. 

§5. 📎 Robbery / Bank and shop / Robbery of persons / Gangs

§ 5.0 In the case of a shop robbery, no snipers may be positioned, but the police may not position any.

§ 5.1 Robbing people, shops and benches, jewelers, etc. only with a good RP background.

§ 5.2 Robbing a large bank is allowed from 5 police officers on duty - a maximum of 8 civilian lists or the number of online members of the group.

§ 5.3 Robbing a small bank (Flecca Bank) is allowed from 3-6 police officers on duty - maximum number of bank robbers of existing faction members (online currently) or civilian maximum 8.

§ 5.4 Robbing a bank is an automatic shot announcement!

§ 5.5 A next action may only be started after 60 minutes/ (no double actions!)

§ 5.6 A shop robbery is allowed from 2 police officers on duty.

§ 5.7 A shop/jeweler robbery is allowed every 60 minutes.

§ 5.8 A threat to a person without external demand is a robbery/robbery.

Attacking people is allowed at any time if RP background is present.

However, robbing a person 2 times in a row is not allowed!

The same person may only be attacked 1x !

§ 5.8.1 No more robbers than police officers may be present in a robbery/robbery.

§ 5.8.2 Robbing a jeweler is allowed from 3 police officers on duty.

§6. 📎 Murder & Announcement

§ 6.2 There is NO shot call! However, there should be an RP background to shoot! Gangs etc. are always allowed to attack other gangs and do not need a shot call!

§7. 📎 Faction Lock / Factions

§ 7.0 Eine Fraktionssperre kommt zustande bei einer Kündigung bzw. beim Verlassen einer Fraktion - Medic, Polizist, Mechaniker, Autohändler, Gang usw.

Die Sperre dauert 3 Tage oder eine Woche und verbietet dir in einer Fraktion tätig zu sein.

§ 7.1 If you carry out e.B gang activities (more than 6 people) and are not in any faction like a gang, this will be punished with a penalty

§ 7.2 If you have applied for your own faction (gang, company or similar) You have to make sure that maximum the full number of gang members(s) in total is active.

§ 7.5 You yourself are liable for the mistakes of the people you assume, take e.g..:

Often fail-RP candidates it damages the reputation of the group

and there may be a dissolution of the gang/club.

§ 7.8 An action may only be started with your own political groups and their associated members(s).

§ 7.9 Police officers/civil servants/etc. must generally not be CORRUPT.

§8. 📎 Gefängnis / SafeZone / Waffen 

§ 8.0 The prison is not a safe zone. The maximum prison sentence allowed is 120 minutes.

Info: 1-59 minute/s = week(s) | From 1-2 hour/s = year(s) | Example: 1 hour, 30 minutes = 1 year and 30 weeks.

§ 8.1 Safezones: In Safezones you may not rob, take hostage, kill, blackmail or steal vehicles.

Except for that, there is an absolute truce in Safezones (exception: police, they are allowed to tazer you

or make / arrest firearm use)

§ 8.2 Escaping into the Safezones is strictly prohibited!

Current Safezones [All]:

- Entire property from the car dealer of the city [PDM]

- Entire property from the car dealer of the city [Import]

- The entire employment office

- All jobs, places where you farm, earn money for robbers - police officers taboo! Exceptions: Razzias, don't camp in front of it!

- Live & live give the citizens within these zones the chance to earn money! Razzias not every hour but at least 1x a day!

- All bank buildings as well as bank - ATMs

- Entire properties of the hospitals

- All plots of Los Santos Customs [Tuning Werksatt]

- Entire police properties

- Every single park garage in the state

§ 8.2 No objects, money, bank account balances, or anything else may be used in safe zones

be blackmailed! e.g. I'll hold a ratchet to your head pull you to the ATM and cancel your entire starting balance from Maze Bank!

§ 8.3 Small arms are only permitted in the state with a valid weapon license. Long guns and other weapons are not affected,

there is only the small gun license in conjunction with all weapons that are available in the official gun shop.
